This policy explains what information Eurasia Bridge collects through this website, why, and how we look after it. We keep it short and plain because we collect very little.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by the team behind Eurasia Bridge, a small sourcing and trade agent working on the Iran–Kazakhstan corridor, based in Kazakhstan and Iran. We are an early-stage business and are not yet incorporated as a registered company; when we register, our formal company details will be added here. 2. What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to send us through the forms on this site:

• Enquiry form — company name, work email, origin and destination, cargo and volume, your message, and the site language you were using.
• "Add cargo" form — cargo name, weight or volume, description, origin, direction, minimum order, whether barter is offered, and any photos you upload.
• Technical — the date and time of each submission. That's it: the site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not track your browsing.

3. Why we use it

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry and prepare an indicative quote, to review and (if we approve it) publish cargo you submit, and to send you a short confirmation that we received your message. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in our Google Workspace account — in Google Sheets, with any uploaded cargo photos in Google Drive — and our confirmation and alert emails are sent through Google. Google acts as our service provider and may store this data on its servers outside Kazakhstan. The website itself is served by our hosting provider. We do not share your information with anyone else, except where it is needed to provide these services or where the law requires it.

5. Cargo photos become public once approved

If you submit cargo through the "Add cargo" form, the details and photos are held privately for our review and are shown publicly on the Cargo page only if we approve the listing. Please do not upload anything you are not entitled to publish.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and cargo records for as long as we need them to handle your request and any business that follows, and we delete them on request. You can ask us to remove your data at any time.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you have sent us, or to stop using it. Just email [email protected] and we will take care of it within a reasonable time.

8. Children

This is a business-to-business website and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

As the business grows we may update this policy — including adding our registered company details once we incorporate. The "last updated" date above will change whenever we do.
